Once you decide you want to have a meal plan designed, you will receive an email with my client questionnaire. When this has been returned we can look at your dietary requirements, allergies, likes and dislikes. Upon understanding your daily routine including your work/life fitness situation we can establish an idea of how we can best work with you. This is an opportunity to build a relationship going forward should you have any queries as you work towards your nutrition goal and results. This course gives you the tools to make the right changes in your eating style/habits to create a lifestyle change big enough to begin your body transformation. Additional training is also recommended, but not necessary for results.
