    I started Abbie’s 4 week challenge after I gained the dreaded “Christmas weight” Her meal plans are so easy to follow, you are given a list of foods you can swap out for others if there is something you don’t like or if you just want to change things up that day. If you stick to her workouts and meal plan you will lose weight and inches!! She is always in contact with you giving support and encouragement to help you reach your goals. My 4 weeks are up but I’m continuing so that I’m ready for bikini season.

    I chose Abbie’s 4 week bikini program, as being already petite i didn’t have much to lose just a stubborn mid section…. in 4 weeks i have lost 2 and a half inches from my waist and chest, and lost 2 lb in weight, (this has just been on meal plan) being the summer holidays its harder for me to work out, but when the kids go back to school and i follow both the meal plan and training i am expecting to hit more of my goals, i am already seeing a change in my waist line, (I actually have shape)😃 i will be carrying on with this plan, i have learnt a lot about nutrition since i started Abbie’s plan and take notice of what i am actually putting in my body, Thanks Abbie, will definitely be in contact again should i need help in the future, 👍
