    Abbie’s detailed workout program combined with her meal planning is great for helping to build muscle definition and trim excess fat.

    As a life-long yoyo dieter and exerciser, I now use Abbie’s plans to keep me on track – it’s becoming a life-style rather than something that I’m just doing for 12 weeks – because it works, it’s addictive and I really enjoy it!

    I can’t give enough positive comments about Abbie and her amazing program. Having had my family, I have struggled to find time to really spend on myself between looking after them, a full time and very intensive job and had put on weight and was completely lacking in confidence.
    There were so many negative thoughts going through my head: “I could never fit something like this in to my already crammed days” and “I was so unfit that I wouldn’t be able to work out for 2 minutes let alone do a full workout 7 days a week” – I almost didn’t start but Abbie gave me the confidence to believe in myself and that I was worth doing something for myself. I’m not saying it’s not hard some days but Abbie’s meal plans are easy to follow and although at the start I found the exercise hard (I could barely walk the second day!), I was amazed how quickly I became fitter and increased my intensity. The weight started to come off quite quickly and I lost 20lbs over 12 weeks. I’ve still got a way to go but am getting there and more importantly I am now more confident in myself and believe that I can do it. Perseverance always prevails! Thank you Abbie – you’ve given me a new lease of life and I can’t ever thank you enough xxxx.

    This programme is amazing!! I lost 16lb in 12 weeks and 28inches in total.
    Abbie was brilliant at motivating and guiding me through the process and always there to answer questions. The meal plans were simple and easy to follow and the meals were delicious! I looked and felt so good after the 12 weeks that I started the programme again! It has given me a great basis for a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Abbie x

    I started Abbie’s program because I felt bad about myself and desperately needed a change. With her meal plans, workout program, encouragement and constant support I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. I began to see a difference in just as little as 2 weeks. I was not expecting to see results so quickly but I started to slim down and gain muscle. I highly recommend Abbie’s program but it takes persistence and time on your part and you will begin to see a change and feel better about yourself and for me I gained self esteem. I love this program so much that after my 12 weeks were done I started it all over again. Abbie gives you the tools to succeed, she is wonderful!!

    I started Abbie’s 12 week programme back at the start of 2018. I felt like I had let my body down and was weak and tired all of the time. Abbie created this programme and has improved it since I have done it. My 12 week results were great. I won’t lie, there were many days I was unable to fit it in around a very awkward family life schedule so I could have achieved more had I have done every day. I did however see huge changes. I started at almost a size 16, by the 12 week mark I was fitting back into a size 12 pair of shorts that I had not work for possibly 8 years! My skin was clear and glowing and I felt energised and positive. Without Abbie and her guidance and the wonderful group of women who were doing it with me-I would not have had the will power to go on. I am sure glad that I did and will be restarting the programme after I have my baby in February 19. Thank you Abbie.

    Happy New year ladies. This post has been a long time coming!! Sorry Abbie Curtis better late then never!! 😉
    I was lucky enough to be one of the first set of ladies that Abbie took under her wing on her Bikini body program. We had unlimited access to Abbie for everything from motivation, exercises, meal plans, direction and advise. Our 12 week program was bloody hard work and I really struggled at first to keep up with it all. I actually disliked Abbie somedays for being so happy, positive and encouraging when all I wanted to do was sit on the sofa and eat an enormous amount of crap. 😆😆
    Abbies varied program kept me interested, she changed the exercises as well as making sure we got a full body work out. After a few weeks I found that I was actually looking forward to doing it!! I could do the exercises anywhere and at a time that was right for me.💪💪🏃‍♀️
    The meal plans, videos and all the help and advise on FB was great and helped me understand what it was I was doing wrong and changed the way I looked at my food intake.
    This program made a massive difference to me and my lifestyle. I became stronger, fitter, mentally more on the ball and I actually started to like the way my body looked. I felt great and that was all thanks to Abbie. 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤾‍♀️🚣‍♀️💪
    I am certanily getting back on the Bikini Body program as I have had a little to much fun this December!! 🎉🥂🍹🍕

    I can’t recommend this 12 week program highly enough, it definitely got me in the best shape of my life in my 40th year!! Training at home everyday was an absolute revelation meaning I could juggle my workouts with being a full time working mum. I’ve always kept myself in reasonable shape but with Abbie’s guidance and daily motivation this really does have an edge that I’ve never got before from anything else I have done. I am about to start all over again ready to rock my bikini in 2019 – bring it on!! 💪🏻

    I’ve finished with Abbie’s programme and was terrified I’d ‘fall back a bit’…I haven’t and have lost over 4lbs since I finished a few weeks ago and at least another 0.5 off my waist! I’ve had to sort my wardrobe as none of my ‘go to jeans on the top’ fit! Ladies this is the ‘off to the charity pile’! It’s a great feeling and it’s stuff like this that will keep pushing me forward. You can all get to those goals and beyond! I’m testimony to this on zero sleep, 2 kids (one who likes raving over sleep). 💪💪💪 (ps I plan to only by 3-4 jeans going forward as this pile is disturbing as no one needs that many jeans)

    I worked with Abby over a 12 week period in order to gain healthy weight and tone up for the Ibiza fashion festival.

    It was a new experience for us both, as Abbie usually works with people wanting to lose weight rather than gain. She was with me every step of the way to answer questions, and often revised my meal plan with me to ensure that I gained the weight needed for this fashion show.

    We got the results we wanted, with 6kg gained all in healthy muscle, my waist stayed around the same size, with my thighs, legs and upper body getting more and more strong.

    Abbie is dedicated to fitness and looking good, I recommend Abbie and her guidance in your fitness journey
