I can’t tell you how many times a client of mine would plateau and their body composition just would not budge no matter how hard they work or how many adjustments they made, because they have an all defeating thought in their mind dictating to them that they should fail. This may very well happen when you reach that “sticking point” in your weight and think to yourself, “Oh, I can never get past 135 pounds; I can try all I want but it just never happens for me!”

That thought is so incredibly self defeating, that the minute you begin to believe it, your body will inevitably discontinue making any progress immediately!
