A donut to one person may mean not much, but a donut to another may be the deal breaker on if they can stick with a diet until the goal is reached.
NEVER and I repeat NEVER take things out of your diet that you love. If you do or a PT tells you to. You’re an idiot. No you’re not actually THEY’RE an idiot. Because the should know better. It’s not your fault you don’t understand how to make food work for you.
Instead you work for your food slogging your guts out on cardio machines like a rodent just to have a bit of a bloody muffin. Don’t treat yourself like a slave to food. Eat the dam muffin, the donut, the burger! But don’t eat it all the time.
The rest of the time feed your body through necessity not recreation. Most the time we look at treats to fulfil something we’re missing. A hole in our day that wasn’t fun is fixed with a treat. We get used to fixing boredom like this and boom we’re the size of a house. It’s NOT your fault Darlin!
Eating to give your body what it needs is easier said than done. You’ll need understanding, desire to succeed, motivation, perseverance and encouragement. You’ll also want to know that you don’t need to go without. This is off putting and like I said the donut to some may mean not much, but to you it might be a deal breaker.
So have it! Have the food you love. Even try creating it a little better than usual like this donut recipe. I teach all this stuff, even mindset, everything you gave I gave it with you. Hey I will even cook a batch of these babies up and eat them for you just to check the recipe works well 🤣.
